OPMI-S

The OPMI-S is a universal Fizeau interferometer with digital zoom, designed for measuring flat and spherical optical surfaces. Its flexible configuration allows easy adaptation to different sample diameters and types, making it highly versatile for a wide range of applications. This high-precision interferometer combines digital zoom with advanced software, offering both Basic and Advanced modes. It is well suited for use in both industrial production and laboratory environments and supports dynamic measurement modes. The OPMI-S employs Phase Shifting Interferometry (PSI) based on piezo actuators. Optionally, it  can be equipped with a laser source featuring a narrow tuning range, enabling PSI measurements with very high accuracy and repeatability.
