Plano Expander
Overview
A large-aperture (12 inch) expander designed to extend the measurement capabilities of OPMI-S and OPMI-T units for the characterization of optical surface shapes. Engineered for applications demanding high accuracy, linearity, and stability. Currently under development, the system is aimed atmetrology of reference flats, optical windows, precision substrates for semiconductors, mirror splitters, and similar components.
